What LocaPick processes

LocaPick stores merchant configuration, language preference, enabled pickup types, custom retail locations, and subscription status. When a customer chooses pickup, the selected public pickup-location details and the current Shopify cart token pass through LocaPick only to set a one-time Shopify shipping address. LocaPick does not save that cart token or pickup selection in its application database.

What LocaPick does not request

The current version does not request access to customer records, order records, products, or payment details. Shopify may process technical information required to install and operate the app.

Service providers

Shopify provides the commerce platform and app authentication. Railway provides application hosting and database infrastructure. These providers may process technical and merchant configuration data only as required to operate LocaPick.

Retention and deletion

Merchant configuration is retained while the app is installed. Session credentials are removed when the app is uninstalled. Remaining merchant configuration and custom retail locations are deleted when Shopify sends its mandatory shop-redaction request. Shipping addresses stored in Shopify checkout and orders remain under the merchant's Shopify data-retention settings.

International processing and rights

Service providers may process data in the locations where they operate, subject to their contractual and security safeguards. Merchants may request access, correction, or deletion of LocaPick-held configuration by contacting the email above.

LocaPick 由 Hanogram Labs 營運，會儲存商戶設定、語言、已啟用網點類型、自訂門市及訂閱狀態。顧客選擇取貨時，所選公開網點資料及目前 Shopify 購物車 token 只會經 LocaPick 傳送，以設定一次性的 Shopify 收貨地址；LocaPick 不會把該 token 或選擇保存於 App 資料庫。本版本不要求讀取客戶、訂單、產品或付款資料。解除安裝後，系統會按 Shopify 的強制資料刪除流程移除商戶設定。如有私隱查詢，請電郵 support@locapick.app。
